Developing and Rewarding Our Associates

Keeping our Associates happy is important, so we offer a full range of benefits, rewards for excellent performance, incentives to improve and an enjoyable company culture.

Integreon provides a robust training program for Associates at all levels of the organization, with more than 50 classes that help develop skills and expertise in everything from personal development and communication to expert level knowledge of design software and office applications.

Our salaries are benchmarked against market rates and promotions are based on performance and potential, not on tenure. Associates who exceed their performance objectives are eligible for salary increases and other rewards. The most prominent of these is the Integreon Change Agent Program, or ICAP.

Integreon Change Agent Program (ICAP)

Through ICAP, Associates are removed from their standard roles and placed on a quality-, process- or product-improvement project that they help design. After training, ICAP Associates work with executive mentors to drive their projects to completion. Associates are eligible for ICAP solely on their ability, and part-time staff are welcome to apply.

Past ICAP projects have included studying – and opening – new geographies for Integreon, finding better ways for management to communicate with Associates and redesigning the website you’re reading right now.

Career Paths

The success of our four Business Units: Legal, Document Services, Research and Business Services means that our Associates enjoy a broad selection of career paths. In your career, you may move from direct client support on a delivery team to operational management, specialize in a service line or join a support division such as business development or administration.

Commitment to Diversity

As a global company, we know that respecting different backgrounds, cultures and points of view provides us with a broader range of skills and capabilities within our Associate teams, and allows us to better serve our clients around the world.

Integreon is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity. Integreon prohibits discrimination or harassment based on race, color, religion, creed, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, domestic partner status, domestic violence victim status, U.S. veteran or military service or obligation, military reserve status, national guard status, military caregiver status, political belief or activity, or any other category protected by local, state or federal laws.

Integreon makes reasonable accommodations for applicants who need additional assistance of any type. Any such reasonable accommodations provided by Integreon will be in accordance with applicable law. In addition, Integreon takes affirmative action to employ and advance in employment qualified protected US veterans at all levels of employment, including the executive level.

Commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives are an essential part of our operations and our culture. Since 2003, Integreon and its Associates have backed numerous programs to support local educational, environmental, social and healthcare initiatives. Throughout the year, our Associates engage in projects that range from volunteer work to fundraising to supply drives to supporting advocacy groups.

As an Integreon Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to support diverse organizations throughout the year and bring other causes to our attention. Click here to read more about how Integreon and its Associates contribute to their communities every day.
