Based in Cleveland, OH, Diane joined Integreon in 2022 bringing over three decades of diverse legal experience to support our clients and services teams in applying technology to solve legal environment challenges. A published thought leader, Diane has worked with a broad range of legal technology spanning contracting, AI extraction, negotiation support, and reporting.
Prior to joining Integreon, Diane was Vice President for Legal Technology at UnitedLex working with global clients to define and implement technology for managed services environments. Her prior experience also includes serving in-house as Manager for Global Legal Innovation and Strategic solutions at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise having achieved that position after roles as Manager for US Buy and Sell Side Contracting, Managing Counsel for HP’s manufacturing industry vertical, and 10 plus years as a Senior Transactions, Channels and Marketing Attorney.
Diane became the first woman to chair the Board of Directors for the World Commerce and Contracting Association (previously IACCM) where she served for 6 years. She has her JD from Cleveland State and her MBA and Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Ohio University. Diane also holds a certificate in Blockchain Strategy from the University of Oxford Said Business School along with her PMP credentials from the Project Management Institute.
