A Fortune 100 insurance company had consistent and exponential growth in third-party subpoena volumes contributing to an already existing backlog of requests. Client goals included review of current staffing, response process, technology, and improve overall speed and quality to establish a process that maintains the response backlog between 60-90 days.
Solution
Integreon applied Six Sigma methodologies and third-party subpoena experience to rework and refine detailed workflows to address the current backlog and implemented a long-term solution to improve the speed and efficiency of the overall subpoena response process.
Results
All client goals met! Integreon’s Mumbai, India team assumed responsibility for the highest volume, least complex subpoena types and full end-to-end (triage, review, production) processing. In doing so, Integreon fully eliminated the subpoena backlog, established response times within client’s desired targets, and ensured response backlog did not exceed 60-90 days.
Over a three-year period, Integreon assumed subpoena response tasks for Workers Comp and other categories of insurance, as well as administrative and A/R support tasks.
