Shivam Bharadwaj

Shivam Bharadwaj is a Principal at EagleTree Capital, where he focuses on investments in the Business Services sector. Before joining EagleTree in 2019, he worked in the Global Industrials Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions.

Shivam serves on the Integreon Board of Directors, bringing financial, transactional, and strategic planning expertise to support the company’s continued growth and long-term value creation. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, with concentrations in Finance and Economics, from New York University’s Stern School of Business, graduating magna cum laude.
