Bill Carter is the Interim CEO of Integreon, guiding the company’s continued growth and innovation in technology-enabled legal, business, and creative solutions.
Bill is an Operating Partner at EagleTree Capital joining the firm in 2025 after serving as CEO of ALM, a global provider of news, data, and intelligence for the legal, financial, insurance, and real estate sectors. Throughout his career, Bill has held senior leadership positions across the business information and professional services industries, including roles as SVP of Small Law at Thomson Reuters, COO of GES North America, and multiple leadership roles over seven years at LexisNexis. He also previously led Epiq Systems’ eDiscovery business and began his career as a management consultant with Bain & Company.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tulane University, a Master’s in Computer Science from Georgia Tech, and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Bill also serves on the Georgia Tech College of Computing Advisory Board.
