Anshu Gupta
President
Anshu Gupta joined Integreon in 2013 and serves as President, leading the company’s strategic growth and transformation across key business areas. He drives innovation, operational excellence, and talent development while overseeing Integreon’s market-leading Cyber Incident Response business. Anshu also serves as Interim Head of the Creative and Business Solutions business unit, guiding the team’s delivery of high-impact creative, marketing, and business support services to global clients.
Formerly Integreon’s COO and Chief of Staff, Anshu has worked with leadership teams and investors to drive the company towards profitable growth through a range of initiatives including service line rationalization, incubation of new strategic services, margin expansion through technology-driven efficiencies, restructuring of sales and management incentives, and centralizing and offshoring of corporate functions.<br>
Prior to joining Integreon, Anshu was a Strategy Consultant with over eight-years’ experience across Kearney and Bain. During the latter part of his tenure at Bain, he focused on private equity consulting including commercial due diligences and portfolio management projects. In 2012, Anshu led a Bain strategy formulation engagement for then client, Integreon.
Anshu earned his B.Tech & M.Tech in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, India.
