Valerie Charles

Valerie Charles is Vice President of Strategy and Legal Operations at Integreon, where she leads initiatives that help corporate legal departments transform service delivery, improve efficiency, and align legal strategy with business objectives. She brings more than two decades of experience spanning legal operations, compliance, global risk, strategy, and executive leadership.

Prior to joining Integreon, Valerie served as a Senior Director in global compliance at a Fortune 10 company. She was previously an Equity Partner at a consulting firm serving global enterprises, advising organizations on compliance, investigations, and risk. Earlier, she held executive leadership roles at GAN Integrity, including Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel, where she helped scale the business and its compliance technology solutions. She also held a senior legal role at a Swiss technology company and began her career practicing law at Am Law 100 firms.

Valerie is recognized for her practical, data-driven approach to legal and compliance transformation and her ability to translate complex challenges into actionable, business-focused solutions. She holds a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. from DePaul University
