Rohan Rai

Rohan Rai is a Partner at EagleTree Capital and helps lead the firm’s investment activities in the Business Services sector. Rohan joined EagleTree’s predecessor firm,  Wasserstein & Co., in 2005 and previously worked at UBS in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Rohan serves on the boards of Integreon and other portfolio companies, where he brings expertise in investment strategy, corporate finance, and partnering with management teams to accelerate long-term growth. Rohan received his B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of Business, graduating cum laude.
