Rohan Rai

Rohan Rai is a Partner at EagleTree Capital, where he helps lead the firm’s investment activities in the Business Services sector. Prior to joining EagleTree’s predecessor firm in 2005, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at UBS, advising clients on strategic transactions and corporate finance.

Rohan serves on the boards of Integreon and Nasco, where he brings expertise in investment strategy, corporate finance, and partnering with management teams to accelerate long-term growth. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with a concentration in Finance, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, graduating cum laude.
