Mike Zuercher

General Counsel

Mike Zuercher joined Integreon in 2009 and serves as General Counsel, leading the company’s in-house legal team. During his tenure, he has also held operational leadership roles, including Global Head of Talent Management and US Country Head.

Mike has more than 30 years of experience working with privately held, venture- and private equity-backed, and publicly listed companies across the services, software, technology and healthcare industries. After leading the legal efforts for Stamps.com’s (Nasdaq: STMP) 1999 IPO, he joined the company as Senior Director, Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary. He later served as SVP, Corporate Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary at First Consulting Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: FCGI), where he helped lead the company’s sale to CSC in 2008. Mike began his legal career with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, focusing on venture financings, public offerings, M&A, commercial agreements and corporate matters.

Throughout his in-house career, Mike has led corporate governance initiatives and a wide range of transactions, including equity and debt financings, acquisitions, commercial and licensing agreements, and multi-year outsourcing arrangements. He also has broad experience advising on finance, HR, compensation, marketing and communications matters, as well as managing outside counsel and commercial insurance programs.

Mike is a graduate of Stanford University, where he majored in Economics and Political Science and was a member of two NCAA championship baseball teams. He earned his law degree from the University of San Francisco, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the USF Law Review and received the Judge Harold J. Haley Award, the highest honor in his graduating class.
