Megan Silverman

Megan Silverman is Vice President, Cyber Solutions at Integreon, where she works with clients to develop customized strategies for managing complex, large-scale data privacy and cybersecurity incidents. She brings extensive experience at the intersection of litigation, privacy, data management and cyber incident response, helping organizations navigate the operational and legal challenges that arise following a data breach.

In her role at Integreon, Megan advises clients on data mining, data analysis and notification list development for complex breaches involving large and diverse data sets. She works closely with legal, privacy, security and other stakeholders to identify and analyze potentially impacted individuals and develop accurate, defensible approaches to incident response and regulatory notification. Her experience includes supporting organizations through high-volume, time-sensitive breach matters where accuracy, efficiency and careful management of sensitive information are critical. Prior to Integreon, Megan held client-facing roles at Quislex, Elevate and Inventus.

A Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US), Megan earned her J.D. from the University of Chicago and an LL.M. in Environmental Law from Lewis & Clark Law School. She is a member of the New York bar.
