Matt Slone

Matt joined Integreon in 2023 as Vice President of US Managed Review and is responsible for overseeing document review operations including the buildout and expansion of Integreon’s in-person Austin review center and development of Integreon’s business management and technology training programs.

Matt brings extensive on- and off-shore legal operations experience, most recently with UnitedLex as head of global litigation services and leader of the document review, litigation support, data breach incident response, and consulting teams in India. He also led the operations arm for litigation support in India and the global auditing team responsible for global document review process auditing and review reporting.

Given Matt’s track record of tech-enabled document review delivery excellence and team learning and development, he is charged with establishing Austin as the Integreon Legal Technology Hub and designing relevant training programs. Matt will also oversee the rollout of an international lawyer exchange program giving Integreon resources the opportunity to work from any one of our global delivery centers.

Matt has a BS in Economics from Missouri State University and a JD and LLM in Taxation from the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Law. He is also admitted to the Missouri Bar.
