Mark R. Williams

Mark Williams is currently the CEO of Magna Legal Services, a private equity-backed company that offers legal support services and technology nationwide. Mark was formerly President/COO of PPL Group and Big Shoulders Capital, a financial services firm.
Before that, Mark was President and CEO of Kroll Ontrack, a leading legal technology company, which was subsequently purchased and became KLDiscovery, where he served as President, COO, and a member of the Board of Directors. Mark also held senior leadership positions at Huron Consulting and Axiom Global and spent 17 years at the global law firm DLA Piper as a corporate and M&A attorney, where he helped lead the firm’s international expansion.
Mark serves on the Integreon Board of Directors, bringing decades of leadership across legal services, legal technology, and global business operations. He has extensive experience helping organizations innovate and scale globally. Mark holds a JD from Columbia University School of Law, an MBA from the University of Maryland / Beijing University for International Business and Economics, an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Illinois.
