Mark R. Williams

Mark Williams is Chief Executive Officer of Magna Legal Services, where he leads the company’s growth strategy and mergers and acquisitions. He previously served as President and CEO of Kroll Ontrack, held senior leadership roles at Huron Consulting and Axiom, and spent 17 years at DLA Piper as a corporate partner and M&A attorney, including serving as Managing Partner of the firm’s Beijing office.

Mark serves on the Integreon Board of Directors, bringing decades of leadership across legal services, legal technology, and global business operations, with extensive experience helping organizations innovate and scale. He holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School, an MBA from the University of Maryland and Beijing University for International Business and Economics, an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a B.A. from the University of Illinois.
