Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President

John joined Integreon as Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President in 2024 and is responsible for aligning our technology capabilities with our strategic business objectives. This includes development of Integreon’s strategic technology roadmap, working in collaboration with the business units to identify enabling technology solutions, and to oversee our global IT infrastructure, security, and data management.

John brings a wealth of experience and expertise in technology and business leadership with a track record of delivering transformational results in highly regulated industries. He has held senior roles in various sectors, including financial services, technology services, and software product industries. He has also led cloud transformation, M&A integration, and innovation initiatives for several organizations.

Most recently, John was CTO and SVP of Comerica Bank, one of the top 20 banks in the United States, with responsibility for enterprise-wide technology architecture, infrastructure, operations, transformation, innovation, and technology compliance. Prior to Comerica Bank, John served as CTO and Managing Director for a $9B+ insurance, health, and software technology firm Emergent Holdings. John led cloud transformation, M&A integration, and the launching of technology platforms for joint ventures, along with regulatory and compliance responsibilities. Before Emergent, John was CTO, Industry Leader, and Distinguished Technologist, for DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard (HP) where he headed client executive partnerships, cloud strategy, and solutions development and delivery.

John is a Board Director at the Asian Pacific American Chamber of Commerce (APACC), a member of the IBM Financial Services Cloud Council, and Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Detroit Mercy and has completed undergraduate studies in Electrical Engineering at Technische Universität Berlin. John is a Harvard Business School alumni and graduate of the PLDA program.
