Vice President and Head of Insurance Carrier Channel, Cyber Incident Response
Blake Feldman joined Integreon in 2025 as the Vice President and Head of the Insurance Carrier Channel, Cyber Incident Response. In this role, he leads the development and execution of specialized solutions tailored to the cyber insurance industry. With deep expertise in cyber claims and incident response, Blake has managed thousands of complex first- and third-party cyber incidents, ranging from initial triage and threat actor engagement to data mining, regulatory notification, forensic accounting, and class action litigation.
Blake brings a strong legal and leadership foundation to his role having served as a U.S. Army Judge Advocate General (JAG) with multiple overseas deployments, including Afghanistan and South Korea. He is a licensed attorney in New York (since 2007), a licensed insurance adjuster across all 50 U.S. states, and holds the CIPP/US (Certified Information Privacy Professional) designation. In addition, he has earned professional certifications in Full Stack Web Development from the University of Kansas and in Cybersecurity & Risk Management from Harvard University.
