Vice President - Business Excellence Support Team (BEST)

Ananta Sarathi is a Vice President, Business Excellence Support Team (BEST) and has been with Integreon for over five years. Ananta brings over 20-years of experience in process improvement, process automation, process design, change management, and enterprise transformation.

His primary focus is business transformation, leveraging digitization and tech enablement such as automation/robotics. Ananta and his team are also responsible for setting up data visualization, business intelligence, and continuous improvement frameworks at the organizational level.

The strength of BEST compliments Integreon’s SME and service delivery capabilities by building ML-based platforms to transform critical delivery processes addressing client challenges including zero defect, high throughput, an high turnaround time (TAT). Examples of Integreon IP applications designed and deployed by BEST are an end-to-end configurable ML-based quality control program and ML/business rule-based presentation and Graphics BoT.

Ananta joined Integreon from Thomson Reuters Legal Managed Services where he was a Director of Business Excellence and drove continuous improvement and innovation across business units for over nine years. His team supported a delivery organization of over 2,000 employees located across the globe focusing on designing solutions, quality, continuous improvement, business analytics, transitions, performance management, monitoring, and feedback. Prior to Thomson Reuters, Ananta acquired experience with BPO/KPOs such as [24]7.ai, formerly known as 24/7 Customer, and RR Donnelley playing various roles within Process Excellence transitioning and Automation.

Ananta is a Six Sigma Black Belt from Motorola with a Master’s in Business Intelligence and Analytics from the Great Lakes Institute of Management. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 – 2008, and a qualified Change Management Specialist from APMG.
