September 25, 2019 News

25 September 2019 – London, UK — Vice President of Litigation Services, Vince Neicho, who formed part of the Judicial Working Group that drafted Practice Direction 31B, has been invited by ACEDS to moderate an expert panel at their upcoming event: The Disclosure Pilot – 10 Months In.

The panel, hosted by ACEDS at RPC’s London office will take place on 2 October, and will be comprised of a member of the judiciary and esteemed industry experts, some of whom were responsible for drafting the Practice Direction from Simmons & Simmons, Enyo Law and Penningtons Manches Cooper.

The pilot came into effect on 1 January 2019 and will run for two years.  The panel will look back on the past 10 months and provide insights, practical tips, and analysis around the disclosure pilot – where we are today and what the future might look like. The panel, meant to be interactive, will also invite feedback from the audience, many of whom will be involved in live pilot cases.

“I’m very much looking forward to moderating this panel, sharing my experience and offering best practice advice” says Vince Neicho, Vice President of Litigation Services, Integreon. Neicho went on to say, “Having been involved in drafting Practice Direction 31B, I’m eager to gain insights from those currently involved in pilot cases.”

“There is a huge amount of interest in the disclosure pilot and the impact it is having on the industry.  I’m delighted to be involved with this event and very much looking forward to hearing the viewpoints and experiences of the audience as well as the panel” comments Clare Chalkley, Vice President – Legal Services, Integreon.

The panel discussion, along with the drinks reception immediately following, will be sponsored by Integreon.
