Integreon’s new Chief Financial Officer, Rahul Malhotra Brings Experience and Expertise in the Outsourcing Industry

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Integreon, a leader in alternative legal and business services for law firms, corporations and professional services firms announced the appointment of Rahul Malhotra as CFO reporting to Integreon CEO, Bob Rowe.

Rahul joins the executive team bringing over 20 years of relevant finance experience and will play a pivotal role in scaling and managing the continued growth of the Integreon business. Rahul’s management experience combined with his commercial and financial expertise will allow him to establish finance as a true business partner and support ongoing profitable growth.

“Seeing the trajectory of the legal managed services industry and the types of solutions and clients handled by Integreon, the opportunity to join the organization was incredibly exciting,” commented Rahul.  He went on to say, “Integreon is a 20-year old business that has remained nimble and responsive to client needs.  I am thrilled to be part of its continued success.”

Most recently, Rahul served as Vice President and Head of Finance for Banking and Insurance vertical at Genpact where he was instrumental in driving complex contract and commercial negotiations for some of their biggest deals.  Prior to Genpact, Rahul held various finance positions at Indian Oil Corporation.

Rahul lives in Gurgaon, India with his wife and their son and will be based out of the Integreon Mumbai office.
