Tachyon™ Workflow Software
Tachyon™ (formerly ShareDocs) is your secure Integreon digital workspace where you can submit job requests and upload files, keep track of your order production status and retrieve completed files. Tachyon allows you to distribute documents as large as 100MB securely over the Internet to your colleagues and clients, regardless whether they’re across the street or on the other side of the globe. This is far safer and better than email, which could be intercepted if sent outside your own firm’s firewall — and which can’t accommodate file attachments so large.
How Does it Work?
Tachyon is web-based, so it’s available round the clock from anywhere with an Internet connection. Through a web browser, end users (e.g. bankers, lawyers or consultants) can submit source files for their production order, provide specific instructions, request turnaround times and specify who they want the completed files returned to. Recipients of completed files receive auto-generated notification emails, and they can then login to Tachyon to securely download the files.
Production managers can view an up-to-date dashboard of work status for all jobs in progress, as well as ETAs for when each job will be completed. They can also monitor which of their production staff are free or busy and assign jobs accordingly, and they can run management reports on time tracking, utilization, and work volumes — all downloadable in PDF or Excel formats.
