Integreon Managed Solutions, Inc., the global leader in integrated knowledge process outsourcing, today announced the appointment of Mark Jewell to the position of vice president in charge of account implementation and program management (AIPM) in Europe, effective immediately.
Mr. Jewell, who had worked closely with Integreon from the client side for the last five years, will leverage his considerable business process outsourcing insights and project management expertise to facilitate the implementation and execution of client work engagements. He will work closely with Chris Niccolls, who previously served as operations manager at Bear Stearns & Co. and currently directs Integreon’s AIPM function, on all facets of client initiatives, including oversight of program implementations, project management systems, and best-practice consulting.

Prior to joining Integreon, Mr. Jewell was director of global offshoring for business information services and computer graphics at Lehman Brothers, where he had been charged with managing the offshoring of some of the firm’s support services. He was previously European director of business information services, where he was responsible for the firm’s non-real time data expense and vendors, as well as research and information services. Other projects included developing Lehman Brothers’ European new client and counterparty due diligence research unit, and managing the creation of the company’s records management program for Europe. Earlier in his career, he was European Research Services Manager for Booz Allen Hamilton and held posts in several academic libraries.
The appointment underlines Integreon’s strategy of hiring domain experts from the industries it serves. Indeed, Mr. Jewell’s arrival strengthens the global knowledge services team where he will work closely with another ex-senior knowledge professional, Jeff Davis, vice-president of sales, where they will concentrate on expanding Integreon’s presence into new knowledge sectors such as law and management consultancy.
Mr. Jewell graduated with highest honors from UK-based Manchester Metropolitan University. He is a frequent speaker at industry events, including the European Business Information Conference, the International Online Conference, and is a member of several leading professional and industry groups.
