Black Book’s State of the Outsourcing Industry 2008 Report indicates that buyers now consider Client-Centric Culture (92%), Cultural Alignment Between Buyer and Provider (86%) and Balance Onshore/ Offshore Operations (69%) as their top 3 decision criteria beyond pricing.
