Integral Media Services, Inc, a BPO provider of knowledge, document and content management services to the legal, banking, consulting and media markets, today announced its new name, Integreon Managed Solutions, Inc . The name change reflects the expanded portfolio and scale of BPO services that the company offers.

Incorporated in the U.S. in 1999, Integreon set up operations in India in September, 2000 to build dedicated delivery centers that are integrated into customer operations. The company is opening another facility in Mumbai in January 2005 to accommodate new customer contracts.
