Los Angeles, CA - April 4, 2005 - Integreon Managed Solutions, Inc., a leader in knowledge, content and document services outsourcing, announced today that it has been awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification.
"We are proud to have earned this ISO certification for our company and for each of our customer dedicated hubs," said Liam Brown, CEO of Integreon. "It's one of the hallmarks of maturity of a BPO that customers use to evaluate providers. Some of our customers challenged us to earn this certification to prove our value as a non-captive, domain expert and we are pleased to have risen to the challenge", said Brown. "In most cases the outsourced operation we run for each customer is the only ISO 9000 quality certified operation in their network."
The requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard support customer satisfaction through consistent delivery by preventing nonconformity at all stages. ISO 9001:2000 replaced previous ISO 9000 standards and is currently the definitive standard for quality management systems.
Integreon received the ISO 9001:2000 certification following an extensive, multi-day audit conducted by BSI (British Standards Institution). Integreon was also previously awarded BS7799 Information Security Management certification by BSI.
