Steven Chernikeeff joins as Senior Vice President, Delivery
February 28, 2006 (LOS ANGELES, CA): Integreon - a leading global knowledge and complex business process outsourcing (KPO and BPO) provider - is proud to announce the appointment of Steven Chernikeeff as Senior Vice President, Delivery. This appointment supports Integreon’s continued expansion of its offshore and onshore service capabilities.
Steven has twenty-five years of senior management experience in both the public and private sectors in the United Kingdom. As Head of Operations at Allen & Overy, a premier global law firm, he managed over 600 support and administrative staff and led the outsourcing of a large proportion of the firm’s document services to India in 2003 to two of Integreon’s competitors. He holds an M.S. in General Management from Anglia University and an M.A. in Health Sector Management from Southampton University.
Steven will report to John Croft, President of Document, Content and Graphic Services, and Hema Gandhi, President of Knowledge Services. Based in London, he will oversee the launch of Integreon’s onshore services in Europe. For the next year, he will also work from India, managing Integreon’s delivery operations in Mumbai.
