John Croft joins as President – Document, Content and Graphic Services

Los Angeles, January 3, 2006: Integreon, a leading global business process outsourcing (BPO) provider specializing in complex, high-end services, today formally announced the appointment of John Croft as President of Integreon’s Document, Content and Graphic Services.

With over eighteen years of experience managing global client outsourcing relationships in the financial services and legal sector, John Croft has moved to Integreon from CGI Europe, the former financial document outsourcing division of ADP Inc., where he was the Chief Executive. Prior to CGI Europe, John was European Sales Director of Burrups, the legal document services division of London stock exchange-listed St Ives PLC.

John reports directly to Liam Brown, Integreon’s President and CEO. Working from Integreon’s London office, John is responsible for global sales, account and implementation management and strategy for Document, Content and Graphic Services.

“I am excited that John has chosen to join Integreon”, said Liam Brown. “He is an extremely well-respected executive in the document outsourcing industry, with extensive sales, marketing and program management experience. Given the recent customer contracts that we have won and are growing, and our imminent next acquisition, we are projecting another 100% growth year in 2006. It is vital that each of our business lines has the executive leadership in place to ensure that we meet the commitments we have made to our customers, employees and stockholders. As President of our Document, Content and Graphic Services business, John will join Hema Gandhi, our President of Knowledge Services (joined through the acquisition we made of Brahmy earlier in June 2005) and Prashant Chawla, our COO and CFO (joined through the acquisition we made of Contentscape in Jan 2003) on the Integreon executive management team.”

“Document and content outsourcing is a multi-billion $US market”, said John Croft. “The Integreon model of delivering complex services with short cycle times directly to professional end users is distinctive in the marketplace and I am excited about joining such a focused and professional executive team. I have followed the Company’s astounding growth closely over the last few years and am delighted to be able to bring my personal industry experience to reinforce our focus on this domain, especially our growth of onsite services in US and Europe.”
