Integreon Managed Solutions, Inc., a global leader in complex business process outsourcing, announced today it was named the top-ranked provider globally of high-value legal process outsourcing (LPO) services and the top-ranked provider of high value knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) services in Brown-Wilson Group's prestigious annual survey of outsourcing service providers.
Integreon also ranked second amongst the global document process outsourcing (DPO) providers, placing just behind the combined R.R. Donnelley/ OfficeTiger/ Astron organisation (an $8bn provider of print and related services).
Integreon scored particularly well – first or second place, typically – when respondents were asked to comment on provider capabilities in critical subcategories, such as data security, viability and employee retention, scalability, customization, and overall client relationships.
Results published in Brown-Wilson Group's 2006 "Black Book of Outsourcing" survey were compiled using information solicited from more than 100,000 global outsourcing users, decision-makers, analysts, employees, and customers; nearly 900 outsourcing providers of various service offerings were graded and analyzed by survey respondents.
