What is ShareDocs?
ShareDocs is your secure Integreon digital workspace where you can
submit job requests and upload files, keep track of your order
production status and retrieve the completed files. ShareDocs
allows you to distribute documents as large as 25MB securely
over the Internet to your colleagues and clients - whether they're
across the street or on the other side of the globe, and even
if their email system does not allow large file attachments.
How does it work?
ShareDocs is available 24/7 over the Internet from anywhere.
Through a web browser, users (e.g. bankers, lawyers or consultants)
can submit source files for their production order, provide
specific instructions, request turnaround times and specify
who they want the completed files returned to. Recipients of
completed files will receive an email with a link for them to
logon to ShareDocs to securely access their files after entering
their user name and password. Production managers can view an
up to date dashboard of status of all the work for their site,
ETAs for when each job will be complete, see which of their
production staff are free or busy (and assign jobs) and obtain
management reports - all online.
