Winning an Integreon AllStar Award was a big honor for me, mostly because of how smart, dedicated, and hard-working the other recipients were. To find myself compared to them was the real honor as it clearly wasn't just a token award. I personally know that every other AllStar is a leader by example and not only in the eyes of their managers but also in the eyes of their peers.
Integreon has been full of surprises for me. It is the most challenging as well as the most rewarding job I've ever had, neither of which I expected when I first joined the Company. As a global company that recognizes and values its blend of cultures, working for Integreon has changed how I see the world and my place in it for the better.
Integreon’s willingness to take chances on its strong performers makes the work environment exciting. Seeing peers and colleagues succeed in high-pressure, high-stake situations inspires me to try harder myself. Integreon has a spirit of healthy competition that makes work fun and meaningful at the same time.

Integreon, according to me, is one of the best places to work. I joined Integreon as a Senior Analyst and went on to become Delivery Center Lead and then Manager handling multiple client accounts – in a very short duration. I have become so rooted in this organization that even though I have been here for just over a year, it feels as if I have known and worked here for years. What I liked about Integreon is that it provides an environment where one can innovate, learn, and achieve, even while having a lot of fun.

It has indeed been an exciting journey with Integreon for the past five years. I have been lucky to get the opportunity to experience the flavors that different departments have to offer. This exposure has been a great learning experience; instrumental in conditioning me to be the person I am today- from a Production Associate to a Dedicated Delivery Center Lead, and more importantly a better person. I have had my fair share of ups and downs in my career and have been learning from each and every one of them. These five years have been great and unforgettable. We’ve learned many things: from production to managerial skills. I started working in this organization when I was a fresher, not sure where I was heading or what I could achieve.
This organization pointed me in all the right directions. I started as a Production Associate and today I am working as an Assistant Manager and I am handling two different departments.

I have always wondered how people spend all their life working for the same company. I believed that it's passé to be with the same company for a long period of time with words like “boring”, “stagnant” and “unchallenging” floating in my head.
Then one fine morning on October 3, 2005, I realized that I have spent 5 years with Integreon and don't regret a single day. As clichéd as it might sound, I have grown as a person professionally and personally. Working with Integreon has been an overwhelming experience in terms of learning and growth opportunities. The icing on the cake has been the amazing people I have interacted with over the five years.
The lessons learnt at Integreon will stay with me for life.

I am five years old in terms of my professional career. When I look back (before October 3, 2000), I see many changes in me, in terms of my outlook, analytical thinking, thinking out of the box, etc. This has been possible with the continuous coaching and feedback of my team, supervisors and clients. There have been lots of ups and downs in my career but with the great support of my team I managed to meet the expectations of my supervisors and clients. One important thing about Integreon is that only performance matters. If you perform well, you have opportunity to grow and there are no boundaries to your growth. The difference between other companies and Integreon is that we not only COMPETE, we not only INNOVATE but we also CARE.
