| Liam Brown, President and CEO |
|
Liam has fifteen years of experience in the document, content and knowledge services outsourcing industry, primarily serving financial services, law firms and Global 2000 corporations. Prior to Integreon, he was the President, COO and co-founder of Conscium Inc., an Internet collaboration technology and outsourcing services company that was acquired by NYSE-listed Bowne & Co., Inc in 2001. Before Conscium, Liam held executive positions at Merrill Corporation, a then NASDAQ-listed, global provider of document and information management solutions; managing their Western US, International, and Canadian businesses, ranging from start-up to $100m revenues. Prior to Merrill, Liam managed the document outsourcing services business unit for LSE-listed St. Ives Burrups in the UK.
Based in Los Angeles, Liam has global responsibility for Integreon’s operations and strategy.

| Preeti Mehta, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer |
|
Preeti is an accomplished business leader with a track record of working with multiple constituents to significantly increase enterprise value in fast paced global business environments. Preeti has senior management experience with both Fortune 500 publicly traded and private equity-backed companies. As a corporate Chief Financial Officer for the last 10 years, Preeti has provided worldwide strategic and finance leadership and has directed corporate development, lender and investor relations, administrative, legal, information technology and human capital management for multi-site US companies with significant international operations.
Preeti started her early career in auditing with KPMG Peat Marwick. Preeti holds an active license as a Certified Public Accountant and has earned her MBA degree, both from California. Preeti is also a Chartered Accountant in India. Preeti is an active member of the American and California Societies of Certified Public Accountants and Association of Corporate Growth.
Based in Los Angeles, Preeti has global responsibility for Integreon’s Finance and Administration.

John has nineteen years experience of managing global outsourcing relationships in the financial sector. Prior to Integreon, he was Chief Executive of CGI Europe, formerly the financial and legal document outsourcing division of ADP Inc. Before CGI, John was European Sales Director of Burrups, the financial and legal document services division of London-listed St Ives PLC.
Based in London, John has global responsibility for Integreon's sales and marketing divisions.

| Michael J. Bryant, President – Legal Services

|
Prior to joining Integreon, Mike was Senior Vice President, Strategy & Business Development for Bowne Business Solutions (BBS), a $300M BPO/KPO business where over an eight year period he held senior sales management and general management roles which culminated in an executive management position responsible for enterprise wide strategy, sales and marketing. Prior to BBS, he held senior operating roles including the launch of an Information Technology outsourcing division at Donnelley Enterprise Solutions, a $125M RR Donnelley spin-out that went public in 1997 and was subsequently purchased by Bowne. Mike began his career with Eastman Kodak Company where over an 11-year period he held various sales and national account management roles in the $1B Office Imaging division culminating in an early-stage role of Kodak’s entry into the BPO space through the establishment of Kodak Imaging Services. Mike completed an Executive MBA program in Product Development from MIT’s Sloan school of Business and received a BBA in Finance from University of St. Francis.
Based in Chicago, Mike has responsibility for Integreon's sales to law firms.

Chris Niccolls has over twenty years of experience managing support services for professionals. Prior to joining Integreon, Chris was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking division of Bear Stearns & Co. Inc., where he was responsible for global delivery of professional support services in multiple US and European locations, including: presentations, graphic services, research, reporting services and quality control. Responsible for improving service levels and reducing costs, one of his accomplishments in this role was the development of offshore delivery centers. Before Wall Street, Chris was the Director of Research at Gavin Anderson & Co., an investor relations firm, where he developed and managed their corporate library and managed technical services. Chris also served as the manager of IT services at the American Booksellers Association (ABA), a New York based trade association.
Based in New York, Chris has global responsibility for Integreon’s account management, program implementations, performance management systems, and operations best-practice consulting.

| Matthew Banks, SVP – Legal Services |
|
Matthew combines eleven years of experience as a senior international lawyer with two years specific legal outsourcing experience in India. Prior to joining Integreon, Matthew was spearheading a specialist legal outsourcing company in Mumbai as CEO and co-founder, providing high-end legal services to law firms and corporate legal departments globally. Before that he practiced law at major international law firms, Linklaters and Eversheds, in London. Matthew holds a law degree from Oxford University.
Based in Mumbai, Matthew has global responsibility for Integreon’s delivery and operations of Integreon's Legal Knowledge Services, Discovery Support Services, client relationship management and strategic developments in legal services. |

| Lokendra Tomar, SVP – |

|
Lokendra has over ten years of leadership experience in Corporate Development, M&A, Fund Management, BPO and Business Development. He was Vice President - Strategy & Corporate Development (Head of M&A and Strategy) for MphasiS, where he completed two acquisitions in a period of 18 months and led the establishment of their offshore Research and Analytics division. He was also instrumental in building and managing the offshore Research and Analytics capabilities for Adventity. Earlier, Lokendra worked in buy-side with UTI as part of a team managing $1 billion in equity and fixed income. He helped launch new funds targeted at institutional investors and was involved in restructuring the Stressed Assets portfolio of UTI. Lokendra is a merit holder engineering graduate (B.Tech.) from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM).
Based in Mumbai, Lokendra has global responsibility for Integreon's Knowledge Services,
Business Administration and Professional Document business.

Anurag has ten years of experience in managing operations in BPO, e-business and public service organizations. He was co-founder of Contentscape, Inc. before its merger with Integreon and prior to that was the co-founder of Heeraa.com, an online diamond marketplace. He has also worked in the Indian Civil Service. Anurag holds a B. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT, Delhi.

Kishore has twenty years of experience in the human resources function in the IT, BPO and Telecom sectors with blue chip organizations such as Tata Infotech Limited, Mahindra British Telecom and Infowavz International. Prior to Integreon, Kishore headed Human Resources nationwide across India for Datacraft, a leading IT services and solutions company in Asia Pacific, listed on the Singapore stock exchange. Kishore holds a post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management from
St. Xaviers Management Institute, Mumbai.

| Erik J. Tabuena, Country Head and Chief Information Officer |

Prior to joining Integreon, Erik was the President and Managing Director of IBM Solutions Delivery, Inc., the delivery arm of IBM Global Services in the Philippines. Previous to this role Erik was Chief Information Officer of a large consumer goods company, one of the top 100 corporations in the Philippines. Erik offers over 18 years experience in IT strategy consulting, application development and implementation. Erik has extensive experience working for clients in the US, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
Based in Manila, Erik is responsible for Integreon's Philippine operations, information technology and computer systems. |

| Ron Friedmann, SVP – Marketing |
|
Ron is a lawyer by training and has over two decades of legal and marketing experience. Prior to joining Integreon, he was the founder and principal at Prism Legal Consulting, Inc., a firm that assisted law firms and law departments with practice technology and legal market vendors with marketing. His other legal market experience was as CIO of Mintz Levin, running practice support for Wilmer Cutler & Pickering (now WilmerHale), and marketing for two legal software companies. He is an expert on electronic discovery, knowledge management, and legal technology. Earlier in his career, Ron was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company and economic and financial analyst at Data Resources, Inc. Ron has his BA in economics from Oberlin College and JD from New York University School of Law. He is a Trustee of the College of Law Practice Management and frequent legal market speaker and author.
Based in Washington, DC, Ron has global responsibility for marketing.

| Abhishek Khare, VP and General Manager |
|
Abhishek has 10 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) and
IT-Enabled Services (ITES) space. He has worked for Keane, GE Capital, HCL Perot Systems and Larsen & Toubro. As Director of Operations for Keane BTS, Abhishek led a project to establish a shared services center in India with a full range of functions such as recruitment, pre-sales support, offshore sales using an alternative sales force, and vendor management. As a consultant, Abhishek assisted organizations analyze the value of their portfolio of software applications. He has also worked as a project manager and business analyst.
Abhishek earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) degree from REC (NIT) Rourkela and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM/MBA) from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta. He is also PMP (Project Management Professional) certified, a SAP certified Functional Consultant, and a Green Belt in Six Sigma Quality.
Based in New Delhi, Abhishek is responsible for Integreon’s New Delhi (Gurgaon) delivery center.

| Penny Retzer, VP and General Manager |
|
Prior to joining Integreon, Penny owned her own business for 12 years and worked as an organizational development consultant and project professional. She provided strategic planning, marketing, organizational & operational development and employee development programs to large corporations, small business, government agencies and non-profit associations. She previously held contracts for over 6 years with the U.S. Small Business Administration to provide business development services for women owned businesses in the Upper Midwest; during this time, she founded and produced a women’s trade show annually attended by 10,000 consumers before selling it to a local media holding company. Penny also has 15 years executive experience at two advertising agencies and two Chambers of Commerce.
Penny is a University of North Dakota graduate with a B.S.B.A. in management and a B.A. in communications. She also is a graduate of the six-year Institute for Organizational Management program. Penny currently serves as adjunct professor teaching marketing and human resources in a graduate program at Minnesota State University-Moorhead.
Based in Fargo, Penny is responsible for Integreon’s Fargo, North Dakota, delivery center. |
