At the front of the back office

The Economist writes in At the front of the back office (June 23, 2012) that the Philippines has experienced extraordinary growth in its business process outsourcing (BPO) industry, with the country now poised to take on more sophisticated work. Integreon’s Benjamin Romualdez suggests legal process outsourcing (LPO) is the next growth area for the Southeast Asian nation. He notes Integreon anticipates doubling the size of its Filipino workforce over the next five years.
