In Focus: Post-ILTA 2010

Law.com recently covered the ILTA 2010 Conference in Las Vegas in its article In Focus: Post-ILTA 2010 (August 30, 2010). Writing that self-collection schemes are becoming standard for e-discovery providers, the article cites an announcement from Integreon for its Seek & Collect service which captures electronically stored information on plug-and-play USB devices in a defensible manner, without the need for the on-site presence of a forensic expert. Additional coverage of Integreon’s Seek & Collect announcement was also highlighted in the Litigation Support section of the September 2010 issue of Law Technology News.
