The Future of Speech in the Land of Z
A Convergys blog post, The Future of Speech in the Land of Z, cited a recent report by Integreon’s Grail Research entitled Consumers of Tomorrow, which analyzes “Generation Z” – those born between the mid-1990s and 2010. The blog post links Grail’s analysis of marketing to “Gen Z” consumers and the increased importance of speech technologies, such as voice authentication. The post was also picked up by Speech Technology Magazine.
