Position Profile
Key Objective
The position requires an understanding of company solutions and services and the ability to convey them graphically in sales deliverables. The Information Architect should exhibit creative thinking through his/her designs, while understanding and adhering to corporate branding standards. This person takes guidance from graphics manager regarding designs, processes, workload balance, production, and interacting with others.
Position Objectives
- Design and creation of PowerPoint visuals
- Discuss with clients the business objectives and requirements of the job. Interpreting the client’s business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose
- Estimate the time required to complete the work and communicate the same to the clients in timeline manner
- Using innovation to redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost, time and client
- Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work. Reviewing final layouts and suggest improvements as needed
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
- Development of a catalogue of images using graphics, graphs, and text to use the same in technical documents
- Working with a wide range of graphics applications like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
Personal Success Characteristics
- The candidate must have a flair for creativity in design with the ability to take verbal information and turn concepts into functional designs
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage concurrent projects
- The candidate must be able to handle constructive feedback, and modify designs and presentations to meet the needs of the organization
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign additional skills in Dreamweaver and Flash will be attributes
- Ability to work directly with both internal and external customers/project stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent corporate visual identity standards
Previous Experience Requirements
- 2-3 years of previous work experience in corporate industry
Educational Requirements
- Graduate from any stream
