Osborne Clarke, a U.K. top 30 law firm, received two legal innovation awards based on its pioneering approach to middle office outsourcing with Integreon. In back to back award ceremonies held in London on October 21 and 22, 2009, both the Financial Times “Innovative Lawyers Award” and the Managing Partners’ Forum “Innovation in Practice” award recognized the firm’s forward-thinking approach to outsourcing lawyer support so that the firm can focus on its core law practice. Osborne Clarke’s senior managing partner Simon Beswick commented in Integreon’s subsequent press release, “Our clients, who have benefited from a rate freeze enabled by our middle office outsourcing, have given us very positive feedback about this initiative…. Our work with Integreon has gone even better than we had expected and we continue to discuss with them how to extend the new service model to provide even more benefits for our clients and the firm.”
