ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Certification
Integreon is ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Information Security certified. ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certification represents the world’s highest standard for information security management systems. Integreon’s security audit was conducted by BSI Global, the world’s leading provider of standards certification. ISO/IEC 27001:2005 is the basis for ISO17799 and remains the only proof that an organization complies with the ISO17799 model for information security.
Integreon passed a rigorous six-month audit to verify that proven policies, standards, procedures, and records are in place to maintain a world-class information security management system. Our system protects assets and manages risk, as well as ensures the integrity of information as it is shared internally and externally.
Meeting the ISO/IEC 27001:2005 standard attests to Integreon’s operational maturity and security focus. Regularly scheduled reviews and audits ensure that we will maintain compliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2005 standards. Business Continuity and Infrastructure
Integreon has two facilities in Mumbai, within thirty minutes of each other, for easy relocation of staff in case of disaster, e.g. fire in one facility. Our facilities have redundant power, internet and telephony systems in case of interruption. Backups include uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), onsite generators and multiple dedicated internet connections from multiple ISPs.
Integreon associates work in professional office environments similar to our customers’ offices in London or New York. Each office has carefully-planned robust physical security:

Confidentiality
Integreon invests considerable time and energy in ongoing training of our associates regarding the criticality of confidentiality in our business. We have never experienced a breach of information security. Integreon signs strict non-disclosure agreements with all customers. All Integreon associates must pass a comprehensive background check and must sign strict confidentiality agreements with Integreon. Employees are trained on the importance of our security policies, such as never sharing or disclosing personal passwords with colleagues. We strictly enforce all confidentiality standards and any breach of security or confidentiality policies by an associate may result in termination of employment or even prosecution.
