Liam Brown, President and CEO
Liam has twenty years of experience in the Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) industry, primarily serving investment banks, law firms and Global 1000 corporations. Prior to Integreon, he was the President, COO and co-founder of Conscium, a web-based virtual deal room business serving lawyers and bankers, which was acquired in 2001 by NYSE-listed Bowne & Co. Liam has also held executive positions at Merrill Corporation, a then-NASDAQ-listed global outsourcing services provider to law firms, and at St. Ives PLC, an LSE-listed company, in their UK legal outsourcing services business unit.
Based in Los Angeles, Liam has served as President and CEO since 2001. Under his leadership, Integreon has grown from 10 New York-based staff providing Document KPO services to McKinsey & Company, to nearly 2,000 associates worldwide today, providing a pioneering range of complex, high value Legal KPO, Research KPO and Document KPO services to many banks, law firms and corporations.
Richard Little, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer
Richard has three decades of experience as a CFO, including: HireRight, a technology-enabled outsourced HR services provider for which he was the start-up CFO and which went public in 2007; Teradata, a database supercomputer manufacturer, which he led through an IPO on NASDAQ; and publicly-traded Quotron Systems, the original global stock market data provider, for which he completed three underwritten public offerings and listed the company on the London Stock Exchange. Richard earned his MBA in Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, has a BS degree in Engineering from the UCLA Samueli School of Engineering and is a California CPA with four years experience at KPMG.
Based in Los Angeles, Richard is responsible for Integreon’s Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Risk functions.
John Croft, President, Global Sales
John has over twenty years experience of managing global outsourcing relationships in the legal and financial sectors. Prior to Integreon, he was Chief Executive of CGI Europe, formerly the financial and legal document outsourcing division of ADP Inc. Before CGI, John was European Sales Director of Burrups, the financial and legal document services division of LSE-listed St. Ives PLC.
Based in London, John has global responsibility for Integreon’s Sales functions.
Colin Gounden, Chief Marketing Officer
Colin brings nearly 20 years of strategy and executive experience from across a variety of industries including Research, IT, Life Sciences and Financial Services to the Chief Marketing Officer position at Integreon. Prior to Integreon, Colin served as CEO of Grail Research, a global strategic research and decision support firm that was acquired from strategy consulting and investment firm Monitor Group by Integreon in November 2009. As a Senior Partner with Monitor’s consulting business he helped dozens of clients develop or improve their new business, new channel, and growth strategies. He also worked closely with Monitor’s $2Bn private equity fund and has been an advisor to the Chairman of The Yankee Group as well as acting COO for Arcon Group, an outsourcing subscription research business, during their start up phase.
Colin started his career as a technologist with IBM in Paris, Mexico and throughout the US before co-founding a technology services firm in London in 1996. He went on to grow his firm to 120 professionals in Amsterdam, Boston, London, and New York. He personally advised senior executives at leading firms such as BZW, JP Morgan, State Street Global Advisors, Royal Dutch Shell, and American Express. He went on to sell his firm for $97M in 1999. Colin currently serves on the advisory board of Safecore, an electronic communications compliance firm, and remains as an elected member of Monitor Group’s board of directors.
He is a frequent author of articles related to research, technology and new business development and has been quoted in publications such as The Guardian, The Times, The Times of India, Knowledge Management Magazine, and The Financial Times. Colin graduated from Harvard University in biochemical sciences and has published research in the field.
Based in Cambridge, Mass., Colin has global responsibility for Integreon’s Marketing functions.
Chris Bull, Chief Operating Officer, Europe
Chris has over twelve years of experience managing professional service firms and financial institutions. He was previously COO and on the Partnership Board at a top 30 UK law firm, Osborne Clarke, where he had overall responsibility for the firm’s business service functions, including HR, IT, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Infrastructure, Knowledge & Development and Quality & Risk. Under Chris’ operating leadership, Osborne Clarke grew eight-fold and opened many international offices. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 1996, Chris was a management consultant at Ernst & Young, a financial controller at National Westminster Bank, and a Manager at Price Waterhouse. Chris is a well-known speaker on law firm management in the US and Europe.
Based in Bristol, Chris is responsible for Integreon’s European Operations.
Lokendra Tomar, Chief Operating Officer, Asia Pacific
Lokendra has over a dozen years of Corporate Development, M&A, and KPO operations management experience. He led Strategy & Corporate Development and M&A at MphasiS (now part of EDS), where he completed two acquisitions and established their offshore Research and Analytics division. Lokendra was also instrumental in building and managing the offshore Research and Analytics capabilities for Adventity. Earlier, he worked buy-side with UTI as part of a team managing $1 billion in equity and fixed income. Lokendra is a merit-holder engineering graduate (B.Tech) from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM).
Based in Mumbai, Lokendra is responsible for Integreon’s Asia Pacific Operations, global Product Strategy and Corporate Development.
