Internship Program

Offshore internships for U.S., South American, European and Chinese law school and business school graduates

The Integreon Offshore Internship provides exposure for recent graduates of U.S., South American, European and Chinese law schools and business schools to business intelligence, research and analytics, and legal services at one of Integreon’s offshore locations. Interns from our program report they have found working offshore enables them to perform higher-end work than their peers who have followed more traditional internships during the same period. This makes the experience a unique differentiator on a resume or CV.

Equity Research

You will work with bulge bracket equity research departments, hedge funds, investment advisers, and independent research houses to provide bottoms-up earnings forecasts, discounted cash flow valuation models, thematic sector research, and research summary services.

Business Intelligence

You will work with management consultants, multi-national corporations, and private equity funds to provide proactive sector identification, market overviews, company analysis, financial models, portfolio company updates, and acquisition scan services.

Legal Services

You will work with multi-national corporate legal departments and law firms to provide contract drafting, due diligence, contract management, electronic discovery, and litigation document review services.

Credit Research

You will work with trading desks and research analysts at bulge bracket banks and credit hedge funds to provide capital structure analysis, debt maturity profiles, ratio analysis, debt covenant analysis, risk profiles, and off-balance-sheet exposure analysis.
