Career FAQ
How do I apply to Integreon?
You can apply to Integreon through our current openings on our website, as well as find out if there are any vacancies that fit your profile and experience.
What does Integreon look for in a candidate?
It depends on the position for which you are applying. Generally, we are looking for post-secondary education and exceptional communication skills. Experienced candidates will have relevant work experience in their field, supported by strong references. The interview process includes logic, communication and skills testing in addition to the traditional interview. We also evaluate your attitude towards learning and team work, as well as your spoken and written communication skills. Senior and managerial positions require proven leadership ability and a track record of success. All candidates must hold authorization to work in the country in which they wish to work.
Must I have prior experience in the legal, document, content, or knowledge services outsourcing industry?
You should preferably have experience in the area in which you are applying for a position. We realize, however, that some of the markets we serve are in an early stage of development so we may hire people from different but related industries and provide extensive training.

Every six months you will sit with down with your manager and discuss your performance to date, your objectives for the coming period and your training or developmental opportunities.
