Fred Ayala, Chairman
Fred is the CEO of LiveIt Solutions, Inc., Ayala Corporation’s holding company for its investments in the BPO sector. He is also the non-executive Chairman and former CEO of eTelecare, one of the leading customer care companies in Asia. LiveIt recently acquired a significant shareholding in eTelecare. Fred was also formerly Chairman of SPi, one of the leading non-voice BPO companies in Asia.
Previously, Fred was a Partner at Crimson Investment, an international private equity firm that provides buyout and growth capital financing to companies capitalizing on the accelerating globalization trend in manufacturing and services. Before that, Fred was a Managing Director and Co-Founder of MBO Partners, an Asian investment firm.
Fred has a double major BA in Developmental Studies (Honors) and Economics from Brown University, and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
Peter Maquera, Director
Peter is the Deputy CEO and a Director of LiveIt Investments, Ltd. He is also the Chairman of Affinity Express and the Vice Chairman of IQ BackOffice. Peter was formerly President and CEO of SPI Technologies, a market leader in healthcare and publishing business process outsourcing with a diversified service delivery platform of 6,500 employees across the US, Philippines, India and Vietnam. During his tenure, the company grew by more than three times, was one of the most profitable among global business process outsourcing companies and was recognized internationally year after year for its high growth, market leadership, customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Peter’s professional experience spans a broad range of disciplines including strategy, operations, management consulting and mergers and acquisitions. Peter has a BS in Civil Engineering and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
Gautham Radhakrishnan, Director
Gautham joined Actis in 2009, where he is a Director based in Mumbai. Before joining Actis, Gautham worked as a Principal with Warburg Pincus in London. Prior to that he was with JP Morgan & Co in London, both in Fixed Income and Investment Banking. He has also worked at the BBC, CERN and Nortel Networks.
Gautham has an MA (Scholar) in Computer Science from St. John’s College, University of Cambridge, an MSc (Distinction) from Imperial College, University of London and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
Pratik Jain, Director
Pratik joined Actis in 2010, where he is an Investment Principal based in Mumbai. Before joining Actis, Pratik worked with General Atlantic in Mumbai where he focused on investing in the Financial Services, Telecom and Media Sectors. Prior to that he was with JP Morgan & Co in Mumbai in Equity Research covering companies in the IT Services space.
Pratik is an Accountant by training and an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Institute of Management Technology in India.
Gilbert Santa Maria, Director
Gilbert Santa Maria is the Chief Operating Officer and Board Director of IQ BackOffice, Inc. He is concurrently a Senior Advisor to LiveIt Investments, Ltd, IQ BackOffice’s largest shareholder, and has 20 years of senior-level management, investment and consulting experience.
Prior to LiveIt, Gilbert was Senior Vice President (SVP) for Corporate Development at Stream Global Services and was responsible for global M&A as well as joint venture initiatives in Brazil, China and Japan. He joined Stream when it acquired eTelecare Global Solutions in 2009, where he had been concurrently SVP for Corporate Development and SVP for Philippine Operations. There, Gilbert was instrumental in the growth of eTelecare, having built one of its larger business units, acquired operations in Central America and South Africa, and managed 12,000 employees in the Philippines.
Gilbert has held leadership roles in top-tier companies such as Booz Allen & Hamilton, Pepsi, Unilever and an Asian affiliate of Warburg Pincus. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Philippines and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
Robert (Bob) Gogel, Director and Chief Executive Officer
Robert (Bob) Gogel has over three decades of experience as both a provider and purchaser of global outsourcing, technology and consulting services. A proven senior executive of high-value services businesses, he held a number of CEO roles in world class outsourcing organizations. He has been active in developing both onshore, near-shore, and offshore service delivery centers for global organizations. He has worked closely with and for private equity firms, multinational companies, and the public sector and is a recognized industry thought leader.
Before joining Integreon as CEO in July 2011, he was CEO of Enrich, the employee benefits consultancy, and has held positions on the executive boards of AXA Group and Siemens Business Services GmbH. Prior to that, he had 17 years of strategy and organizational consulting experience at Gemini Consulting (formerly the MAC Group) as a senior partner both the US and Europe. His industry focus has been on financial services firms and professional services organizations and has extensive experience in building teams across multiple countries and cultures.
Bob is co-founder of a leading think tank – the European Executive Council (EEC), the editor-in-chief of The State of the European Union annual conference, and a member of the faculty teaching the MBA program at HEC in Paris and Shanghai. The author of several business books and a frequent contributor to publications and forums, he holds a BA from Harvard, a Masters degree in Applied Economics from the University of Louvain and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
He is a participant in many of Integreon’s CSR initiatives and believes passionately in improving the communities where Integreon does business.
