The client, a leading UK law firm with clients across the globe, sought
innovative, cost-effective document review solutions for its clients.
The client began its solution assessment by visiting Integreon’s Mumbai and
Manila delivery centers; then asked us to run a pilot reviewing documents
previously reviewed by the client’s lawyers. Our results compared favorably
and we were hired for additional reviews.
Integreon has since conducted more than 15 document reviews with teams of
10 to 25 reviewers. We have also provided end-to-end e-discovery, including
hosting documents on our proprietary platform, eView™. Our first-level reviews
are conducted in our delivery centers in New York (which also conducts secondlevel
reviews) and Washington, DC, as well as a pop-up location in Charlotte,
North Carolina. They include regular reporting on our performance against
quality and productivity metrics.
The client trusts Integreon to support its highest profile clients, including four
of the world’s 12 largest banks, and the firm routinely includes Integreon
solutions in its marketing collateral.
Today, we support multiple client offices, both on-site and from multiple
delivery centers onshore and offshore. Most recently, the firm has begun to call
on Integreon for reviews that involve foreign language documents, which we
support from our London and Bristol, UK, delivery centers.
