Reduce Costs and Improve Collateral Quality
The client, one of the world’s largest law firms, wanted to produce more
attractive sales presentations while also upgrading their library of
standardized document images and templates. At the same time, they
wanted to reduce the high costs of maintaining a talented desktop
publishing team in the face of unpredictable work volumes. To meet
these challenges with one solution, the client turned to Integreon.
Developing Templates with the Client
We set up a dedicated team of experienced typesetters in our Mumbai
delivery center, including: a studio manager, a designer to assemble
presentations based on client guidelines; and a junior designer to handle
illustrations and support the primary designer on text flow.
Team shifts were scheduled to align with the client’s UK-based proposal
team and we held regular meetings to discuss each pitch. Through their
ongoing feedback, Integreon assembled a consistent understanding of
the client’s template requirements. When the images Integreon sourced
were approved by the proposal team, we followed client procedures to
catalog them in an online library of pre-approved images.
Improving the Client’s Win Probability
Integreon’s solution offers the client low operational costs, high quality
and on-time delivery. By developing a thorough and well-organized
library of images and design templates, we have continued to make the
process of assembling new pitches more efficient. As the program has
grown, an additional FTE was added and most of the client’s in-house
design work has been transferred to Integreon’s Mumbai team.
Most importantly, the client has indicated that the quality and
appearance of the pitches our team creates have increased their
probability of winning new business.
