Due to a lack of internal resources for specialized projects, an AmLaw 75
firm with 700+ attorneys was looking to outsourcing service providers
for help. Integreon’s flexible service models and 14+ years in the
industry were impressive, but the client was not familiar with outside
services and requested a test project that would determine our future
with their company.
To kick things off, the client submitted a large proofreading request that
needed to be turned around quickly. They were already behind on the
launch of their new website and needed a provider who could follow
the firm’s language standards and templates consistently across all of
their pages. The web page content, which included 200+ partner bios,
tested Integreon’s on-demand service models with an influx of nearly
300 production hours.
By centralizing all content to a small, dedicated team, Integreon was
able to finish production, within deadline, while getting the initiative
back on track. The client was very satisfied with the end result and word
quickly spread throughout their Marketing Department about the
quality and efficiency of Integreon’s services.
After completion, the client secured a contract with our Fargo delivery
center for additional 24/7/365 marketing support services.
Today, Integreon is still proofreading content for the client on a regular
basis. Our team receives 100+ production hours of proofreading on a
monthly basis and has recently begun supporting the client with
database management and CRM support.
