Integreon has a strong long standing relationship with a one of the largest Tech corporations in the world. We have continuously provided legal services to this well-known market leader and are continuing to expand our contract review team in Bristol.

With the global reach of this client touching multiple jurisdictions, Integreon is looking to add a fluent German speaking paralegal to this collegiate team on a 6 months FTC to permanent role or further extension.

We are very keen to speak to any candidates who have working knowledge of any of these languages. It will be a great opportunity for the successful candidate to learn and develop their skills. Salary: £20k-£23k pro rated

Position Objectives Expectations :- This opportunity will require the successful paralegal to review and negotiate various commercial contracts, research and undertake due diligence matters with variations of complexity. Tasks undertaken could be in English as well as German language.

  • Ideal candidates will be knowledgeable about contract terms, structure, and best practices, or transactions from a legal standpoint
  • Must be able to effectively use computers (full MS Office pack)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Educational Requirements :-
  • Law degree and LPC preferred, but another degree (or LLM) and GDL also considered
  • Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (ACILEx), or Institute of Paralegals, or National Associations of Licensed Paralegals, or Law Society, or eligible to become a member of the foregoing listed organisations.
Previous Experience Requirements :- Prior experience of contract drafting, review and negotiation within the Legal market would be an advantage.
