Key Objective :-
  • The purpose of this role is to lead all client account management matters, driving Growth and performance across Integreon’s Business Enablement Services and delivering service to some of world’s leading law firms and financial services firms
  • Support the strategic development and growth of Business Enablement Services.

 

Location: UK, with regular travel to support growth/client development opportunities in the UK, and also travel to USA; India; or other international locations.
Position Objectives Expectations :-
  • To improve financial and operational performance of existing contracts
  • To ensure account management plans across existing clients, support growth and cross-selling opportunities for wider business
  • To pro-actively contribute to wider strategic development of the business 
  • To develop and launch new service offerings and propositions 
  • To identify opportunities for marketing and targeted service promotion (e.g. seminars, white papers, conference speaking, partnerships) 
  • To negotiate commercial change notices and contract renewals 
  • To deliver market presentation at forums and trade events
  • To keep Executive Vice President, Business Enablement Services updated with all account management activity on an ongoing basis.

Educational Requirements :-
  • Educated to degree level or above 
  • Appropriate professional memberships and accreditations
Previous Experience Requirements :-
  • Senior Account management experience, preferably with experience in a BPO environment supporting clients in professional services and financial services
  • Significant operational/service development experience working in a BPO/BIS/LPO role
  • Track record in developing and selling new services and market propositions
  • Experience of overseeing delivery of operation restructuring or change projects (including re-skilling or upskilling)
