Position Title :- Design Evening Workflow

Key Objective :-
  • Effectively maintain the documented workflow process, maintaining a high level of customer service. To act as the first point of contact for Integreon’s Design services.
  • 100% design to the client's brief, maintaining exacting standards, whilst positively influencing clients and the team with creative input.
  • 100% accurate allocation of tasks
  • Ensure 95% of all projects are returned to the client on-time (unless scope change, technical issues, further client instructions or any other variables out of workflow’s control)
Position Objectives Expectations :-
  • All amended deadlines need to be negotiated with the client, and this must be done before there is 30% left of the original deadline
  • 100% projects acknowledged within 30minutes of receipt
  • 95% projects reviewed, clarification sought and deadlines committed within 1 hour, with the exception of jobs over 10 hours (during coverage hours), based on internal SLAs
  • 100% adherence to the Integreon Escalation Manual
  • 100% initially handle all client complaints during your shift, where you will explore all options to resolve the issue immediately 90% of time
  • Follow, improve and implement all Integreon processes and best practices, offering a minimum of 5 improvements fully implemented per annum
  • Excellent customer service as the first point of contact for the client to the service
  • 100% complete all required documentation and process tasks
  • Full oversight throughout the shift on every job in the department
  • 100% full and accurate handovers so anyone picking them up can easily see exactly what is happening in the department

  • Excellent Adobe CS skills as well as excellent Microsoft skills such as outlook

  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to engender trust of your capabilities of design with the client
  • Work well as a team and mentor where appropriate
  • Lead by example, offering first level support to designers

Educational Requirements :- Degree level education
Previous Experience Requirements :- At least 3 years’ experience working within the design field
