Position Title :- Accounts Payable Assistant

Key Objective :-

Working within in the Finance Teams, the objective of this role will predominately be the processing of Accounts Payable Invoices and Administrative work on the Chrome River System. Additional work includes administrative support for a helpdesk.

This is a permanent role, and can be based in either the Edinburgh or Glasgow office.

Position Objectives Expectations :-
  • Assist in uploading disbursement files as required
  • Dealing with Chrome River user queries
  • Ensuring third party feeds are processed timeously
  • Ensuring all expenses are submitted and approved timeously
  • Administration of bank details for staff
  • Running weekly/daily reports for expenses analysis
  • Exporting reports to excel for review
  • Working with outsourced Audit team
  • Report on leavers and non CMS users
  • Corporate Card Administration
  • Working directly with Cashiers to process Direct Debits and Standing Orders
  • Process Accounts Payable invoices on to the Elite Account System
  • Working with the Financial Systems Team to process Cost downloads
  • Dealing with Vendor/Supplier queries
  • Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
  • Act as a central point of contact for all business services related queries from all staff
  • General Administration work

Educational Requirements :- Educated to GCSE level
Previous Experience Requirements :- Preferably some finance experience
