Key Objective :- The Emerging Products Analyst will be a key position within the Payments/Financial Compliance team of our client, a global leader in web-based technologies and eCommerce, based in their Dublin office. The primary focus of the role will be to support the incubation of support services for new product launches.
Position Objectives Expectations :-

In addition to hands-on support, the following specific duties will be part of the core responsibilities;

• Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the area of Payments/Financial Compliance to manage periodic and ad hoc updates to process documentation which include point of contacts, process steps, workflows, and system access.

• Support activities around system integration and user acceptance testing of new processes and operational workflows.

• Support the development and finalization of quarterly business reviews and presentations to accurately capture issues, pain points and performance by using defined SLAs and KPIs based on a series of related projects completed over time.

• Develop reports and products to help measure the outcome and output of projects.

• Drive process improvement endeavors and leverage quantitative results to inform future project decisions.

• Day to day working partnership with the assigned vendor to complete all analytical tasks including forecasting and front line queries.

Personal Success Characteristics :-

• Prior experience with process design, documentation, project migration/transition.

• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office suite of products for word processing, spreadsheet and database, as well as Adobe Acrobat. Prior experience with cloud-based office / collaboration software will be a plus.

• Strong relationship skills with fluency in both written and oral communications.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and resourceful problem solver, focused on driving operational excellence.

• Ability to partner with a diverse group of stakeholders including vendors and clients.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools/technologies/processes.

• Project Management experience (certification will be a plus).

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while balancing challenging deadlines and client constraints.

• Flexibility to work with teams in other locations and timezones as per role’s needs.

• Ability to follow processes and instructions while asking the right questions to drive continuous improvement.

Educational Requirements :- Degree in relevant subject/area.
Previous Experience Requirements :-

• Financial services and online payments exposure will be highly preferred.

. 4-6 years of research, analytics, operations and/or project management experience.
