In our own words...

At our delivery centers around the globe, Integreon draws on a diverse staff to support our clients. Meet the people who enable our success and learn about their Integreon experience:

Jeff Rost

Jeffrey Rost - Fargo

Manager, Legal Services

I started at Integreon in 2009 and through them I have worked for one of the larger global financial investment banks in the world. When I started here I began as an associate attorney doing E-Discovery work with 10 other attorneys. I was eager and motivated to learn as much as possible about Integreon and in particular the client that I was assisting. Through my efforts and those of Integreon as a whole I was able to gain valuable experience that translated into more responsibility and promotional opportunity.

6 years later I now manage a team that is over double in size that consists of 20 attorneys and 5 paralegals for the very same global financial investment bank that we began assisting when I first came to Integreon in 2009. We have also been able to diversify our services from strictly E-Discovery work to Anti-Money Laundering and Legal Document Review work. Day in and day out I am able to work seamlessly with our friends and colleagues around the globe in pursuit of offering the very best services to the very best clients at the very best price. The experience, knowledge, and friendships that I have gained while working at Integreon and for our clients around the globe are truly invaluable.

Willem Butler

Willem Butler - Johannesburg

Business Development Director, Africa

I joined Integreon’s Strategic Research Business Unit four years ago, after nearly two decades as a management consultant. There, my experience covered the full consulting continuum, from strategic research to legal process outsourcing. At Integreon, I’m continuing this work, helping our clients answer difficult business questions.

One of the things that delights me about being part of the Integreon team is that we are actively living, and consistently advocating, our One Integreon culture, not only in South Africa, but across the company. That spirit certainly came into play as I led the establishment of an LPO delivery center in Johannesburg, which came to fruition last year. The trust that our One Integreon culture helps build between Associates helped us overcome every challenge and see the project to fruition. Now, also being part of the LPO Business Unit, I’m looking forward to showing that we can deliver LPO services from South Africa as successfully as we have from the rest of the world.

Ava Velasquez

Ava Velasquez - Manila

Business Partner, Talent Management

When I chose Integreon in 2007, it was a small company and my old boss thought I was jumping into a “small pond.” Instead, joining Integreon has given me great opportunities to work closely with the management team and take on different roles across the company.

I started by training researchers, then was cross-trained to train desktop publishing and professional development staff. From there, I progressed to managing the Manila Learning & Development Team. In 2012, I was fortunate to receive the opportunity to manage the pilot operation of a new account in the Manila office, which gave me a broader perspective on the company’s business processes. Today, I am a Talent Management Business Partner and Learning & Development Manager.

Over the last seven years, I have been glad to jump from one pond to the other, and each plunge has resulted in exciting and valuable work experiences.

Komal Gupta - Noida

Komal Gupta - Noida

Vice President, Legal Services

I joined Integreon in 2007 and it still seems that the journey has just begun. Along the way, Integreon has given me the opportunity to do a challenging series of “firsts”, from the time I joined its nascent LPO business in the National Capital Region as a delivery expert, until graduating into business development earlier this year.

I really appreciate the guidance and support of my seniors, the love and respect of my colleagues and the hard-earned trust of delighted clients. Each of these elements has helped me build empowered, efficient and highly productive teams to deliver more than 100 projects, spanning the entire spectrum of Legal Services at Integreon.

Integreon gives me a dynamic and challenging work environment in which I can thrive. I love the work culture here, which respects differences and celebrates our common values. I am proud of its meritocratic system, which allows me to realize my full potential as a professional. The flexible workplace gives me a great work-life balance, which helps me function optimally. Lastly, I believe that our core ONE INTEGREON values of Teamwork, Performance and Passion are vital to inspiring our success.

The sky is the limit at Integreon for high achievers and I know that no aspect of business is out of bounds for an individual who wishes to master it.

Simon Bird

Simon Bird - Bristol

Business Intelligence Manager, Business Services

I joined Integreon in 2012, and have now been working in the Bristol office for two years. I had not heard of Integreon prior to joining, but soon realized it was a very large firm, going in the right direction, especially in the Legal Process Outsourcing sector, which is where I fit in.

My team supports the business development function of one of the largest law firms in the world. We produce reports and provide the client with the information necessary to help them win work, explore new markets and build upon their current position.

After two years, I was promoted to manager level. This has been a great move for me, as I am now in direct contact with the client’s Managing Director of Business Development. The learning curve has steepened in my new role, so I’m working closely with my client counterpart to develop our Associates and deepen our collaboration with their business development team.

Lastly, I moved to Bristol when I joined Integreon, and I have to say it is one of the best places in the UK to live and work. There is always loads going on and the buzzing atmosphere here is contagious.

Pei Wang

Pei Wang - Beijing

Associate Project Manager, Research Services

I joined Integreon in 2010, and it has been a very enriching experience working here for the past six years. From my start as an analyst till now as a Project Lead managing project teams, I have been given numerous professional and personal growth opportunities. I have thoroughly enjoyed my journey so far, and I really appreciate the guidance and support of all my mentors and colleagues.

As part of the research team in Beijing, we provide customized and strategic research services for global clients. We leverage different tools and techniques to deliver insights across various markets and industries. It is a satisfying experience, especially when we see that the clients are happy with our deliverables.

I am proud to be a member of Integreon, where I feel that every day brings new opportunities and challenges for me to learn and grow, and gain exciting and valuable work experience.
