In our own words...

At our delivery centers around the globe, Integreon draws on a diverse staff to support our clients. Meet the people who enable our success and learn about their Integreon experience:

Sulabh Pansari

Sulabh Pansari - Noida

Director, Research Services

The last eight years with Integreon have provided me with great work, learning and growth opportunities through assignments in our Noida, Beijing and Johannesburg offices. Over that time, I have led a variety of projects in complex multi-stakeholder environments and developed real skills in end-to-end project execution and client management.

Currently, my work as the Director of the Technology, Media, Telecom (TMT) delivery practice provides me the opportunity to contribute to several firm-level initiatives and functions. I also help manage the highly talented Associates on our team and support various business development and account management initiatives.

In my experience, Integreon offers incredible opportunities to work with talented, passionate individuals in a meritocratic, high-energy work environment and build a career-path based on your interests.

Ava Velasquez

Ava Velasquez - Manila

Business Partner, Talent Management

When I chose Integreon in 2007, it was a small company and my old boss thought I was jumping into a “small pond.” Instead, joining Integreon has given me great opportunities to work closely with the management team and take on different roles across the company.

I started by training researchers, then was cross-trained to train desktop publishing and professional development staff. From there, I progressed to managing the Manila Learning & Development Team. In 2012, I was fortunate to receive the opportunity to manage the pilot operation of a new account in the Manila office, which gave me a broader perspective on the company’s business processes. Today, I am a Talent Management Business Partner and Learning & Development Manager.

Over the last seven years, I have been glad to jump from one pond to the other, and each plunge has resulted in exciting and valuable work experiences.

Gary (Peng) Guo

Gary (Peng) Guo - Beijing

Senior Manager, Sales, Research Services

As the first dedicated business development Associate for Integreon China, I feel a strong sense of both responsibility and opportunity. When I started in 2013, Bob Gogel told me that China is a huge market, and the demand for quality research services is out there. In the days that have followed, I have been happy to see clients respond to our value proposition and the quality we offer on every project.

Integreon, has provided me with all kinds of support to ensure my success and I have been surrounded with excellent Associates, who inspire me with their professionalism and enthusiasm.

Komal Gupta - Noida

Komal Gupta - Noida

Director, Legal Services

I joined Integreon in 2007 and it still seems that the journey has just begun. Along the way, Integreon has given me the opportunity to do a challenging series of “firsts”, from the time I joined its nascent LPO business in the National Capital Region as a delivery expert, until graduating into business development earlier this year.

I really appreciate the guidance and support of my seniors, the love and respect of my colleagues and the hard-earned trust of delighted clients. Each of these elements has helped me build empowered, efficient and highly productive teams to deliver more than 100 projects, spanning the entire spectrum of Legal Services at Integreon.

Integreon gives me a dynamic and challenging work environment in which I can thrive. I love the work culture here, which respects differences and celebrates our common values. I am proud of its meritocratic system, which allows me to realize my full potential as a professional. The flexible workplace gives me a great work-life balance, which helps me function optimally. Lastly, I believe that our core ONE INTEGREON values of Teamwork, Performance and Passion are vital to inspiring our success.

The sky is the limit at Integreon for high achievers and I know that no aspect of business is out of bounds for an individual who wishes to master it.

Simon Bird

Simon Bird - Bristol

Business Intelligence Manager, Business Services

I joined Integreon in 2012, and have now been working in the Bristol office for two years. I had not heard of Integreon prior to joining, but soon realized it was a very large firm, going in the right direction, especially in the Legal Process Outsourcing sector, which is where I fit in.

My team supports the business development function of one of the largest law firms in the world. We produce reports and provide the client with the information necessary to help them win work, explore new markets and build upon their current position.

After two years, I was promoted to manager level. This has been a great move for me, as I am now in direct contact with the client’s Managing Director of Business Development. The learning curve has steepened in my new role, so I’m working closely with my client counterpart to develop our Associates and deepen our collaboration with their business development team.

Lastly, I moved to Bristol when I joined Integreon, and I have to say it is one of the best places in the UK to live and work. There is always loads going on and the buzzing atmosphere here is contagious.

Melissa Hanson

Melissa Hanson - Fargo

Manager, Talent Management (Learning and Development)

I started with Integreon 13 years ago, when the company was just getting going, and I had the incredible opportunity to help build the delivery center in Fargo from the ground up.

Many of those founding principles and practices we used to build the center and its teams are still in full-force today. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing your vision come to life and seeing the same customers you supported 13 years ago continue to use your services today.

As far as my personal growth… where should I start? I have had opportunities to travel for work within the US as well as abroad. I also had the privilege to be part of Integreon’s ICAP (Integreon Change Agent Program), which allowed me to work closely with Executives and Associates around the globe in a variety of ways.

Currently, I hold the role of Learning & Development Manager. I love that Integreon is truly passionate about the development of people, and I live for the “light bulb” moments - the moments in time where an Associate learns a new skill that will be with them for life. Opportunities like these, which my employment with Integreon has provided to me, are absolutely priceless.

Audrey Shennett

Audrey Shennett - Arlington

Specialist, Document Services

I have been employed by Integreon since April 2014, but I have more than 20 years of document processing experience with top-ranked companies in the legal and business support fields. From the very beginning, working at Integreon has been an exciting journey and I have met a lot of great people.

During my first two weeks, I had the privilege of spending time in the Fargo delivery center. From day one, I noticed that Integreon is very serious about making sure their employees are fully trained. All of my team members were very knowledgeable and skilled in their positions, and everyone was willing to make sure my needs for training and support were taken care of efficiently and promptly.

Working in the Arlington office has been great as well. In August, I had the opportunity to volunteer for a renaissance festival benefitting retired veterans. I also helped with another volunteer project assembling lanterns for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Both projects were very rewarding experiences and I look forward to volunteering more in the coming months.

In addition, I recently had an opportunity to meet with one of our clients, who is very excited about the performance of our team here in the DC area, and has been very pleased with Integreon as a whole for the past several years.

It has been wonderful working at Integreon so far and I am looking forward to being here for a long time.
