Rachita Maker Joins Integreon to Lead Growing India LPO Operations

New York – Integreon, a leading global provider of outsourced legal, document, business and research support, today announced the appointment of legal process outsourcing (LPO) industry veteran, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) expert, Rachita Maker to head the company’s growing LPO operations in India. Maker will oversee LPO solution design, service delivery, and process improvement and automation with a focus on the company’s thriving contract lifecycle management business. She will be based in Mumbai and report directly to Mark Ross, Global Head of Legal Process Outsourcing at Integreon.

Maker brings more than 15 years of legal industry experience to Integreon, including most recently as a Director for Ernst & Young’s contract lifecycle management solutions team, where she oversaw development of new solutions, improvement of workflow and quality control processes, selection of enabling contract management automation tools and other technologies and the management of complex client engagements. Prior to Ernst & Young, she consulted with a Dubai-based private equity firm to set up Sri Lanka’s first LPO company.

Previously Maker served as a member of the founding management team at Pangea3, from 2005 through 2013, where she worked closely with the company’s Co-CEOs to set up and manage their LPO operations, processes and systems on an organization wide basis. In this role, her projects and initiatives contributed significantly to the success of the business and included responsibility for the company’s corporate abstraction and due diligence division, where she managed a team of over 100 lawyers and oversaw delivery of engagements relating to contract lifecycle management, M & A due diligence, and contract data analysis, abstraction and migration.

"I am thrilled to welcome Rachita to Integreon. Her caliber of experience in the world of legal process outsourcing generally, and contract lifecycle management specifically, make her an invaluable addition to the team," said Ross. “Our LPO business has grown by more than 150 percent over the last three years and is continuing to see brisk growth already at the start of 2017. Rachita’s decision to join our team simply could not have come at a better time and expands on our industry-leading, transformative team of CLM subject-matter-experts.”

“Integreon has built a great reputation as an innovative, industry leading LPO provider and I am excited and honored to join,” said Maker. “In making this decision, it was important to me to be part of an organization that is as serious as I am about driving legal innovation, and Integreon fits the bill perfectly. Integreon already has a highly talented group of subject matter experts, and with my experience and background added to this mix, together we aim to build on the company’s industry leading CLM practice and the momentum of its growing LPO business.”
