Overview

The third annual Asia-Pacific FT Innovative Lawyers Awards was hosted on June 2, 2016 at the Asia Society Hong Kong Center. Following in the footsteps of the FT’s long-running Innovative Lawyers awards programs in the U.S. and Europe, the 2016 FT Asia-Pacific Innovative Lawyers Awards celebrates the most innovative legal work from lawyers working in law firms and in-house at companies across the region. This year’s awards cover law firms operating in Australia, China and Hong Kong, India, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea and the members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

FT Innovative Lawyers 2016 Asia-Pacific Report

The FT Innovative Lawyers Report for Asia-Pacific is based on a rigorous research process that includes expert analysis, market surveys and hundreds of interviews with legal professionals. It presents a unique analysis of the legal industry and is the only ranking of lawyers by innovation.

The program recognizes the law firms behind the most transformational transactions in the region, the in-house legal teams that are adding the most value to business, and the most innovative individuals in the industry.

The FT Asia-Pacific Innovative Lawyers has grown in 2016 and received over 400 individual submissions from 68 different law firms. Research partner, RSG Consulting seeks feedback from hundreds of clients, experts and lawyers to assess and rank these submissions.

Integreon is proud to sponsor the FT Innovative Lawyers Program across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific in association with the FT and its research partner, RSG Consulting.
